the location offered easy access to nearby beaches and Opatija's attractions. the apartment boasts spacious and well-equipped rooms with lots of natural light. We enjoyed our meals in the kitchenette with all necessary utensils and dishes. the hosts were extremely kind and helpful. We loved the spectacular view from the terrace, which provided a great spot for relaxation and inspiration.

Walking from the town center to the hotel can be uncomfortable as there is no sidewalk.

The bedrooms are connected by a hallway, which is convenient for groups or families. the beds were comfortable enough, and the location was near the beach and other sightseeing places. Best aspect: the bathroom was in the middle, so it was easy to share between rooms.

The kitchen was not in the apartment, as advertised but instead in the owner's room. Rooftop windows in single rooms let in an excessive amount of light, making it challenging to sleep in the morning.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. We also enjoyed the Christmas decorations throughout the property, it added to the festive atmosphere.

The highlight for me was the big terrace, which offered a stunning view of the garden and the sea. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The kitchenette was fully equipped with all the utensils and dishes I needed, making it convenient to prepare meals whenever I wanted. The hosts were incredibly kind and super helpful, making sure that all my needs were met throughout my stay.

The only downside I can think of is that the bedrooms are connected with a hallway, with the bathroom in between. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience at this hotel.
